You can add a node, but remember that there are special variables you will need to un-override: <cman two_node="1" expected_votes="1"> </cman> Both of these vabiables will no longer be necessary. Keep in mind that your heartbeat network will need ot support a third node. (no cross-cables, check your network for multicast functionality) Regards, Kit -----Original Message----- From: linux-cluster-bounces@xxxxxxxxxx [mailto:linux-cluster-bounces@xxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Celso K. I believe you can online add a third node on a 2-node cluster with you use qdiskd since the beginning, right? This worked for me in a project where we knew in advance that we'd have a third node later on, but starting only with 2 nodes. ----- Original Message ---- From: Jeff Sturm <jeff.sturm@xxxxxxxxxx> To: linux clustering <linux-cluster@xxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sun, April 25, 2010 8:33:45 PM Subject: Re: Cluster v2 online adding nodes? > -----Original Message----- > Can I add or remove a node from cluster by just adding/removing it from > cluster.conf?
