I have had the same problem using the GFS2. Have a look at the bugzilla I reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=520720. In my scenario I was using GFS2 exported through a Samba server, and even NFS had the same problem. Temporarily I use only GFS v1 for this mounts and got no error until now.
