<cman quorum_dev_poll="55"/>

If that doesn't fix it entirely, get rid of status_file, decrease
interval, and increase tko.  Try:

interval=2 tko=12 ?

I had to do some code diving to figure out cluster timeouts. Is this correct assumption?

qdisk.tko_up*qdisk.interval < qdisk.wait_master*qdisk.interval < cman.quorum_dev_poll/1000 + qdisk.interval < qdisk.tko*qdisk.interval < totem.token/1000
