The man page is very detailed :-) I have a quorum partition running with 2 votes. But when 2 of my nodes failed, Quorum is dissolved. I have 3 nodes + 2 votes to quorum parition. So altogether the total votes should be 5 (?). I can see total votes to be only 3 .
