Seems to be some problem with the release of NVRAM memory. Due to this
the LVM in the cluster are not detected by the server, commands like

Hi!

It seems that your fibre connection is failing, or maybe the HBA, or the switch. Do you have a redundant path so the SAN? If so, have you configured multipath?
