ESG,
in RHEL 5.3 is included vmware_fence agent. Please try to look to man
page and/or http://sources.redhat.com/cluster/wiki/VMware_FencingConfig
(<--- includes new version of agent for ESX/ESXi and Server 2 (not
supported in RHEL 5.3 default version)).
