Fencing HOWTO

Hi,

I'm relatively new to clustering and I want to setup a Linux cluster. I want to know how to setup fencing for the cluster nodes that I've setup.
I have a network switch working as a gateway on 10.10.10.10 and 3 nodes are connected to it 10.10.20.2, 10.10.20.3, 10.10.20.4. My question is that, can I use the networks switch as a fencing device to fence all these nodes ? If I can, then how can it be done ? How will be the /etc/cluster/cluster.conf ?
