Take in mind that on the standalone node, if it has not all the
clustersuite infrastructure (lvm2-cluster and its dependencies such as
rgmanager, cman, ecc.)
you have to modify the file /etc/lvm/lvm.conf specifying
locking_type = 0
then
vgchange -cn YOUR_VG
reset lvm.conf to its default value
vgchange -ay YOUR_VG
