Hmm.. well I am using the RHEL52 branch versus your STABLE2 branch, but looking at the qdisk git history for both I don't see any massive differences. In my logs from a CentOS 5.2 server (with the patch I mentioned applied) I get on startup with a single node: ccsd[6551]: Cluster is not quorate.
