PriQuorum Partition?

Title: PriQuorum Partition?

I want to do partition for pri-quorum disk on MSA 1500 Shared Storage for Red Hat Clustering.

I don’t have mkqdisk package for the same.
All I want is By using fdisk.

How can it be possible?
