Change quorum disk

Is it possible to change the quorum disk while the cluster is active. I 
would like to change the device that qdiskd is using without having to 
cycle the cluster. Is it possible to modify the cluster.conf on each 
node with the new quorum disk and restart qdiskd so that the new device 
is used?
