On cluster2 (rhel5-ish):
  <totem token="x"/>

... where x is the number of _milliseconds_.  Default is 5000 (5
seconds).

On cluster1 (rhel4-ish), I don't recall if there's a way to do it from
cluster.conf; but in your cman initscript:

  echo x > /proc/cluster/config/cman/deadnode_timeout

... where x is the number of _seconds_.  Default is 21.
