half a year ago the status was "xattr should be supported but is only
known to work on a current snapshot".
i had to mount it with context=system_u:object_r:public_content_t as
mount option.
only one security context per filesystem this way :(

p.s.: oh yeah, the dmesg shows that the xattr part is loaded
successfully but then it wasn't :(
