Hi, I've now tried to get a working cluster config for quite a while. But I didn't succeed :-( Now I'm hoping that someone on this list can help me. Perhaps with a correct 'cluster.conf'... The cluster consists of two nodes running the lates RHEL5.1. They are using RPS-10 power switches which are attached to /dev/ttyS0. The Apache should allways run the node with the connection to the rest of the network. So I've configured the qdiskd to use a 'ping' heuristic. But every time I tried to simulate a network partition by pulling the network cable from the server running Apache (testcluster-1), it ended with both nodes fencing each other :-( I've then tried to modify the timeout parameters slightly, but with no success... You can finde my lates 'cluster.conf' attached to this mail. I've also attached a part form '/var/log/messages' for both nodes, showing what happend during my last test. So, how should a correct 'cluster.conf' look like?
