Hi! It seems to me that if a node comes up that is higher in the prioritized failover domain of a service than the node that was running it, the service doesn't always relocate. Is there some documentation on this somewhere? It appears that the service relocates if the difference between the priorities of the old and new node is at least two. Is there a way to modify this?
