This works OK in RHEL5 using xen as well. Here is a recipe for how to do
it in the interface:
http://sourceware.org/cluster/conga/cookbook/VMs_as_clusters/

Even if you don't use the interface for deployment, the pre-requisite
list shown in these slides is valuable.
