I pursued this problem.
lock_gulmd is influenced from the DNS server.
It is the following conditions.
1. IP address of the DNS server is set to/etc/resolv.conf.
2. However, the GFS node cannot be connected with the DNS server.
(The time-out returns even if it inquires with nslookup. )
3. Refer to file previously for/etc/nsswitch.
4. The ip address of the GFS node is registered in/etc/hosts.
In such a network environment, lock_gulmd cannot solve the name.
For instance, the time-out is returned as for the gulm_tool getstats
localhost:core command.
However, there is a response in gulm_tool getstats 127.0.0.1:core.
