Hii all, patrick; if you want to set heartbeat time, you should use hello_timer file. For using this
  modprobe cman
  echo 5 >/proc/cluster/config/cman/hello_timer
  service cman start
if you not loaded the "cman module", can't you touch file.. have a nice day.
