so ...
 "df -i" say you are ok about inodes but this last
line say you are out of free inodes...

GFS does dynamic inode allocation, so as long as there are free blocks to allocate in the filesystem, you are never out of inodes.  df -i doesn't provide anything useful with respect to gfs.
