The modifications on the /etc/lvm/lvm.conf
From:
# By default we accept every block device:But when re restart the machine, and run the command vgdisplay I got this message:
filter = [ "a/.*/" ]
To:
filter = [ "a/.*/", "r|/dev/sda" ]
[root@lock-server1 ~]# vgdisplay
Failed to create regex device filter
[root@lock-server1 ~]# vgscan
Failed to create regex device filter
Is the filter correct?

You need to adjust the filters in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf to exclude the /dev/sda
devices
