It's just pedantic error reporting.  The NPS/IPS/etc. refuses the
connection if someone's logged in, and the STONITH module thinks
something like:

"The IP is refusing connections! It must be wrong!".

If you're logged in to the switch at the time it happens, it's safe to
ignore it ;)
