Look here: ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/cluster/releases/

The latest release: cluster-1.02.00.tar.gz
builds against a standard 2.6.16 kernel.

We'll soon be releasing 1.03 (from CVS STABLE) which builds on 2.6.17.
