GNBD using non-shared storage and mirroring

A quick question is Figure 7. GNBD serving using non-shared storage and mirroring in the cluster working today in practise
with the current RHEL 4 GFS or is it a bit of vaporware schematic that will be supported in an upcomming future release when multipath
GNBD works?
