I have never set up a Brocade as a fence device, but I am told they work ;) The documentation should have better details. Generally, use the FC switches as the second fence *level* for each node, and you should be golden. Fenced will only use the second fence level if the first one fails (i.e. you pull out the power cables/network cables/whatever, causing iLO to fail) and will equally protect your data. That, and, you don't need any new hardware. Basically, for fabric fencing to correctly work, each node needs to have all of its fiber ports zoned off at the FC switches in one fence level.
