Double check your mount command it should read "mount -t gfs <devicename> <mountpoint>.
Boot the bad node and check it with clustat, if OK try restarting fenced an clvmd.
# clustat
# /etc/init.d/fenced restart
# /etc/init.d/clvmd restart
# mount -t gfs <devicename> <mountpoint>
For some reason it may require a few tries.
