Proposed change to /etc/init.d/fenced

Would it be a good idea to do something like this change to /etc/init.d/fenced to enable fenced command line options to be set in /etc/sysconfig/cluster? This would keep -w as the default if the variable is unset.

fence_tool join ${FENCED_OPTIONS=-w} > /dev/null 2>&1

I'm sure the same applies to other startup-files...
