This is an implementation of the SA Forum APIs for high availability and also virtual synchrony group messaging exported through an EVS API. I'd also suggest having a look at lists.osdl.org. The clustersig mailing list has some discussion of various clustering technologies taking place. Those archives list more projects which you might find of interest.
