Just to check that you are seeing what I think you're seeing, can you set some cman variables to increase the heartbeat frequency: echo "9" > /proc/cluster/config/cman/max_retries echo "1" > /proc/cluster/config/cman/hello_timer You'll need to do this before "cman_tool join". Thanks, patrick
