this message is completely ignorable.  I forgot to remove it before the
final code freeze.  (mostly because i never saw it on my test nodes.)

It just marks an interesting point in the code that I was curious to see
if it was ever reached.  I nver saw it and forgot about it.  And now
others see it. (and it is mildly interesting.)

This message is only in old versions of 5.2.1 (you should upgrade.)
