Assume a cgroup with
	cgroup.memory.limit_in_bytes=1G
	cgroup.memory.kmem.limit_in_bytes=400M

When a child cgroup is created, what should be the default values.
'unlimited' as current implementation ?
Hmm..maybe yes.
