very interesting LFX insights!
2 takeaways on PRs:
* gigantic PRs (+500 LoC) review process is probably less effective. less
time is spent on reviewing them, and they have less review comments than
large (100-499 LoC) PRs
this is sad, but also makes sense as people are reluctant to commit to such
large and time consuming reviews.
* the lifetime of our PRs looks ineffective:
  * it takes more time for the review to start than the actual review
process - this seems like a communication problem between the
contributors creating the PRs and the contributors doing the review
  * and it takes much much longer to merge them once the PR is approved -
this is probably due to the test process (which is a known issue...)
