OSD latency

Hello Friends 


Seeking some help on OSD write latency in "osd performance graph" whereas "osd graph on dashboard" is not showing any high latency. 

So, is dashboard graph showing only read latency as I can see low latency in osd perf graph which matches the dashboard osd perf graph?
