This ceph-volume PR https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/60487 that merged last week had a dependency on this BlueStore PR https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/60543 (particularly https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/60487/files#diff-29697ff230f01df036802c8b2842648267767b3a7231ea04a402eaf4e1819d29R30-R31). Merging the ceph-volume PR into squid without the BlueStore change broke the Rook CI for squid. 19.2.1 (https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commits/squid-release/) does not include PR#60487, therefore, 19.2.1 remains unaffected. 19.2.2 will include both the PRs. @Yuri Weinstein 19.2.1 is unblocked!
