Hi Laura, Thanks for the reply, I've raised a tracker issue and attached logs with debug increased: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/68657 I'm not sure that the read upmap has anything to do with this though. We have seen entries like this in logs: Error EINVAL: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/share/ceph/mgr/mgr_module.py", line 1864, in _handle_command return CLICommand.COMMANDS[cmd['prefix']].call(self, cmd, inbuf) File "/usr/share/ceph/mgr/mgr_module.py", line 499, in call return self.func(mgr, **kwargs) File "/usr/share/ceph/mgr/balancer/module.py", line 385, in show_status_detail 'pg_upmap_primaries_removed': self.pg_upmap_primaries_removed AttributeError: 'Module' object has no attribute 'pg_upmap_primaries_removed' However after setting min client version requirements we havent seen these anymore. Any help with the balancer issue is still appreciated though!
