We are encountering issues while trying to mount NFSv3-based exports on a Windows 11 client. We made the necessary changes to the configuration file to enable NFSv3 exports, but unable to mount. Below are the details:
We created the custom config file named export.conf and applied the changes as follow.

On Client machine (Windows 11), we attempted to mount the NFS share using the following command:

\Users\Administrator>mount 172.16.100.14:/mnt/share S:
Network Error - 53
Type 'NET HELPMSG 53' for more information.

we verified there is no issue with the network connectivity,
For reference we are sharing the rpcinfo output:
