I'm quite sure the raw value is the actual degrees celsius. I also checked a couple of SSDs in my other servers and they are all in the low / middle 30 degrees. This should be okay and not lead to thermal throttling.

I will report back when I've
- done some I/O tests on the SSD to see if I can reproduce the issue without Ceph
- replaced the SSD with a spare one of the same model to see if the problem reappears
