Afaik cephadm's only viable option is podman. As I undertand, podman does nothing with managing tasks that can move to other hosts automatically. When I chose an orchestrator, none were even offering multi homed tasks. So if you choose to go with a container, choose something that will automatically start (stateless) containers on a different node when something fails.
