Hello! Thanks for reply! Sure, here is the output
# ceph versions
{
    "mon": {
        "ceph version 17.2.6 (d7ff0d10654d2280e08f1ab989c7cdf3064446a5) quincy (stable)": 3
    },
    "mgr": {
        "ceph version 17.2.6 (d7ff0d10654d2280e08f1ab989c7cdf3064446a5) quincy (stable)": 1
    },
    "osd": {
        "ceph version 15.2.14 (cd3bb7e87a2f62c1b862ff3fd8b1eec13391a5be) octopus (stable)": 13
    },
    "mds": {},
    "rgw": {
        "ceph version 17.2.6 (d7ff0d10654d2280e08f1ab989c7cdf3064446a5) quincy (stable)": 1
    },
    "overall": {
        "ceph version 15.2.14 (cd3bb7e87a2f62c1b862ff3fd8b1eec13391a5be) octopus (stable)": 13,
        "ceph version 17.2.6 (d7ff0d10654d2280e08f1ab989c7cdf3064446a5) quincy (stable)": 5
    }
}

Most likely the problem is in " require-osd-release = nautilus ". We will try to rebuild mon service
