Hi Austin,

Can you try by adding the bucket arn to the Resource section of the policy,
like the following:

"Resource": [
                                       "arn:aws:s3:::bucket1",
                                        "arn:aws:s3:::bucket1/*",
                                        "arn:aws:s3:::bucket2/*"

                                    ]
