I'm not sure what can be done to speed up replay for MDSes in your
nautilus cluster since they are already stuck.

Configuring your standby MDSs as standby-replay should decrease
recovery times in your pacific cluster. Setting a very large
"mds_log_max_segments" value has caused users trouble before,
https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/47582 . So you'd want to avoid doing
that.
