Hi,
we started a cephfs-mirror with
ceph orch apply cephfs-mirror
and added a peer cluster with bootstrapping:
ceph fs snapshot mirror peer_bootstrap import cephfs token…
The mirroring works, a newly create dsnapshot is mirrored to the other
cluster.
But in the log of the cephfs-mirror container we still see error
messages shortly after the bootstrapping:
unable to find a keyring on
/etc/ceph/ceph.client.mirror_remote.keyring,/etc/ceph/ceph.keyring,/etc/ceph/keyring,/etc/ceph/keyring.bin,:
(2) No such file or directory
Are these relevant at all? Why are they written to the log?
BTW: The documentation only shows how to start cephfs-mirror as systemd
service with "systemctl enable" which is obviously not the way in a
cephadm managed cluster:
https://docs.ceph.com/en/pacific/cephfs/cephfs-mirroring/#starting-mirror-daemon
Regards
