Ceph NFS Dashboard doesn't work for non-containerized installation

Hi Cephers,
I am building NFS GW for our test Ceph cluster based on Ceph Pacific
16.2.7.
I have to use manual installation, so my system doesn't have an
orchestrator enabled in the cluster.

I have 3 MDS, 6 OSD, 2 RadosGW and 2 NFS GW nodes.

All components including RadosGW dashboard works fine, but the NFS page
returns the "page not found" message and also additional notification:
"500 - Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from
fulfilling the request."

Ceph-mgr logs show the next messages:
2022-02-01T12:51:06.067+0100 7fb6a4d5e700 -1 Remote method threw exception:

}

RGW {
    name = "client.rgw.cephnfs02";
    ceph_conf = "/etc/ceph/ceph.conf";
    init_args = "--{arg}={arg-value}";

Could you please advise if it's possible to set up a dashboard for NFS
gateways?

Thank you in advance.

Aleksandr.
