Hi,

I am trying to mount cephfs on iipv4, where ceph is in dual stack mode, but it fails with:

[1692267.911041] libceph: mon1 (1)153.5.68.4:6789 wrong peer at address
...

and then it gives up.

mounting with ipv6 works fine, and the monitors and other daemons listen on both networks.

kernel is 5.10.78

Any hints?

AFAIK Ceph should does not support dual stack yet, although parts of it are capable of dual stack. See also [1].
OK, thanks, thought so. no real urgency from my side, was just testing a scenario for a production cluster with internal ipv4 and global ipv6.

Andrej
