Yes, you can do that but if autoscaler is on and its mode set to
"scale-down" it will increase number of PGs back to max. See autoscaler
mode scale-up, in this case it's sufficient to change to that mode and
autoscaler will shrink all PGs to minimal required sizes first and then
after you apply max limit it will auto-adjust PGs according to that. If you
turn off autoscaler you can change number of PGs at any time but keep in
mind this takes a very long time and I wouldn't recommend doing that on all
pools at once. If you'd like to change autoscaler policy to "scale-up"
you'd better set all the pools autoscaler status to off or warn first,
change  this policy and then enable autoscaler one by one on each pool
waiting for it to resize the pools every time before enabling another pool.
