Leap 15.1 is EOL and the kernel isn't receiving any further fixes. Leap 15.2 and 15.3 both have the fix you mention (commit 8434ffe71c87 ("ceph: take snap_empty_lock atomically with snaprealm refcount change")), so I would advise you to upgrade your clients. And ideally you should upgrade to 15.3, as 15.2 should reach EOL soon too AFAIR.
