I think you can have a look at https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/cephadm/rgw/#high-availability-service-for-rgw <https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/cephadm/rgw/#high-availability-service-for-rgw> even if you don't deploy ceph using cephadm.

Or if no balancer what to monitor if 1 rgw maxed out? I’m using 15rgw.
