Hey Ashley, There is an issue in 16.2.5 with the ceph -s progress indicators getting "stuck". It sounds like you may be running into that bug during your upgrade. Here is the associated tracker: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/51961. The fix should be in the upcoming 16.2.6 release.
