Try “ceph config set <target> container_image <your image>” where <target> can be global, osd, osd.1, etc. Then redeploy it with “ceph orch” series commands.
What other configuration locations are there for the ceph components
beside /etc/ceph (which is quite sparse) and /var/lib/ceph/<fsid> ?
