it woulds seem that this is a python incompatibility .. is it a problem if cephadm is curl downloaded but locally i have: rpm -qa | grep ceph python3-ceph-common-15.2.9-1.fc33.x86_64 python3-ceph-argparse-15.2.9-1.fc33.x86_64 libcephfs2-15.2.9-1.fc33.x86_64 python3-cephfs-15.2.9-1.fc33.x86_64 ceph-common-15.2.9-1.fc33.x86_64 ?
