I know you can redirect to a 'different' backend configuration in 
haproxy based on url match. So maybe you can limit then this specific 
backend configuration. 
Ask these guys on help[1] they respond quite fast.

I wanna limit the traffic of specific buckets. Can haproxy, nginx or any 
other proxy software deal with it ?
